At Tingalls Graphic Design, we understand choosing a website designer can be confusing with so many choices in the marketplace. We're here to hold your hand from the initial meeting to the launch of your website ... and beyond.
In short, we take care of everything you'll need with a fun and engaging design process.
An initial estimate will be created for your website project based on preliminary questions and input from an in-person meeting or phone consult.
During our kick-off meeting, we'll go through the estimate line by line, review design-related questions, and establish a timeline for completion. During this meeting we'll also perform an extensive intake on your company, target audience, main products/services, and current marketing strategies.
Information gathered from the kick-off meeting is used to sketch a wire frame so you can see all the components of the homepage layout.
Once the wire frame is approved, we'll move into the digital stage of adding logos, photos, placeholder text, the menu bar, etc. to create an eye-catching homepage design. Once approved, we'll then design two interior page layouts for your review.
Before we begin the coding stage, we will purchase your desired domain and get a reliable hosting account set-up. Then, we're ready to turn your beautiful website design into a functioning, clickable website.
All along the design process, we will work with you to finalize your website's page list (sitemap). You'll also want to be gathering photos, videos or other media that will appear in your website. If SEO is important to your company's online success, we will isolate optimal keywords and enrich your content accordingly.
All the text and photos you've collected is now inserted into each page of your site, formatting with images and other graphics to help capture the attention of your visitors and convert them to leads.
When all the pages have been built, we'll provide you with a link to preview your website and share with other team members. At this stage you'll want to review all pages of your website, links within the navigation, spell-check, etc.
When your website is ready to be launched for public viewing and final payment has been made, we will ask for one final sign off. If your website was built using Wordpress, we will also require a file release waiver signature before providing administrative access. This passes complete ownership of the website to you.
