Operating one of Dane County’s busiest food pantries, Badger Prairie Needs Network has been serving our community since 1986. They are entirely led and run by volunteers and offer a variety of services including community meals, legal advocacy, career development opportunities, nutrition education, and on-site social workers.
BPNN wanted a website redesign that they could easily update on a regular basis. The site needed to be, first and foremost, user-friendly and timely. BPNN went through a lot of growth and changes and needed the website to reflect those changes. It’s the same BPNN with a fresh, fun, friendly look that still reflects their values of kindness, dignity, and respect.
Everyone is loving it. I did a new volunteer orientation on Saturday where everyone had signed up via the new site. They all said it was really easy to find what they were looking for. There was one couple in particular who currently volunteers with another food pantry. They are over the moon with how comparatively well organized and professional we are – and much of their impression was based on the website and was of use.
