Meet our Team

Tara Ingalls

Tara

Owner

A Virginia native, Tara began offering freelance graphic design services in 2000 and quickly developed a niche offering high-end, eye-catching designs with unheard-of turnaround. Tara enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with Madison South Rotary, going to the movies, and bowling.

Kallie

Senior Graphic Designer

After starting her career in fashion PR, Kallie quickly realized her true calling was graphic illustration and typography. She loves traveling, cooking, reading, running, antique shopping, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Nicole Jacobson

Nicole

Graphic Designer

After a 10+ year career in the medical field, Nicole switched directions to a career in graphic design and illustration. When she is not designing, you can find her behind her camera, lost in the woods grabbing action shots of her dirt bike lovin’ boys. She also enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.

Boost

Boost

Security & Snuggle Specialist

With a bark to announce every visitor, Boost takes his role as the office’s unofficial door alarm very seriously. But after a quick sniff, he’s as sweet as pie. Boost is an expert at encouraging productivity, often reminding the team that snack breaks are important too.

Sage

Sage

Vice President of Belly Rubs

With her calm demeanor and soulful eyes, Sage helps keep the office stress-free and full of dog hair. She’s a pro at reminding the team to take a moment and breathe—preferably while giving her a good belly rub. Outside of work, Sage loves morning walks with her mom, digging holes in the yard to lay in, and cold and snowy days.

Chomp and Theo

Chompy & Theo

Senior Snack Strategist / Nap Efficiency Manager

Always ready with a wag and a smile, Champ and Theo bring energy and joy to every workday. Whether greeting clients or sneaking treats, Champ’s “pawsitivity” is contagious. Theo on the other hand, you will find curled up napping the day away.  When they are off-duty, they enjoy chasing squirrels, playing tug-of-war, and wrestling with each other.
