Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented, organized, and versatile individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role that blends client management, office administration, and hands-on graphic/web design. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, keeping projects organized, handling office operations, and diving into creative design work. You’ll be the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly, ensuring clients receive top-notch service while also contributing your own creative skills to our design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Create and manage project tickets, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are clearly outlined.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized project list and provide updates during staff meetings.
  • Manage workflow and task delegation within the creative team.
  • Review initial design drafts to ensure they align with the client’s vision before sending them for approval.
  • Handle light bookkeeping tasks, such as logging payments, processing bills, and writing checks.

Graphic & Web Design

  • Design logos and printed sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and stationery.
  • Develop websites and maintain websites in Squarespace and WordPress.
  • Create engaging social media graphics and manage visual branding across several platforms.
  • Set up and deploy the company’s monthly email newsletter.
  • Contribute to internal marketing strategies through creative brainstorming sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in graphic design, website design, or communications.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, and WordPress.
  • Experience with Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $20-25/hr – The rate will be commensurate with past job experience. Please include pay expectations with your resume.
  • 30-35 hours with a potential of 40 hours in-office, Monday through Friday
