2021 Projects | A Look Back with Sarah
Sarah comments on a few of her favorite graphic design projects from 2021 …
“I started my internship at Tingalls in July 2021 and looking back over the last 6 months I can’t believe how many fun projects I have been a part of in such a short amount of time. I’ve honestly enjoyed every project I have worked on because they have all taught me something new and helped me grow as a designer.” – Sarah
Garden Harvest Pottery
This project will always have a special place in my heart because it was the first brand I got to do on my own (with lots of helpful feedback from my awesome coworkers, of course). I designed the logo, business card, and a brand new Squarespace website.
It was a great experience getting to create a new logo and then using that logo to build up a brand identity for the website.
Duncan’s Dog Daycare
Coming from a background in veterinary medicine, I am always eager to work on anything related to pets. Designing a new Squarespace website for Duncan’s was fun because they had a great foundation of content to work with.
My job was just to make a more visually exciting experience for visitors to the site. I enjoyed finding ways to incorporate patterns into the design as well as building up my web design skills by using custom CSS to personalize the site.
Plus, who can complain about looking at photos of cute dogs all day?
